Christmas events

Hi everyone! Because of the new restrictions in Stavanger, we will not be able to all meet up for the secret santa event :( We were 14 people who had signed up to join, and we are maximum allowed to meet up 10 people. The social committee still really wanted to do something before christmas, so we came up with some ideas: On the 26th of November, instead of the planned meet-up, we will host a christmas quiz. We hope that a lot of you will want to join, and maybe wear christmas outfits and make yourself some gløgg/hot chocolate as well :) The current restrictions are for now until the 6th of December. Hopefully the numbers in the region will have gone down, and we will be able to meet up in slightly larger groups. If this is the case, we have set the date 10th of December for a bonfire night (where we will be able to stay 1 meter apart), where we can do a gift exchange – however as stated, this is depending on the virus situation at the time. If on the 10th of December there is no chance of us all meeting up, we also have a plan B. We will do a Christmas movie night “together” on Netflix. It is called teleparty. We can all sit in our respective homes and watch a film whilst chatting with eachother. This has not been the easiest year to be in the social committee (we now go by “the anti-social committee”), but we hope as many of you as possible will want to join one or both of these evenings to make them fun “season finales” that are safe and corona free! We will make new events on idretten online where you can sign up for the events.
